Skill is important part in the game which happens when you start your character. More skill will be given to you when you do an early quest. So if you want to have more skill for your character you need to buy them at sometime. You can downgrade and even delete skills which cost you a bit of Shaiya gold. So you can upgrade whatever skill you like. And it still makes sense to read a bit about the skills instead of wasting all your money on buying, upgrading, downgrading, deleting, buying and deleting. After that you will get new skill points by using skills, and when you have reached a certain number of skill points you get a rank up which makes new skills available, adds new slots and some stats to your char. You can just to add before you have got around level 50 you will be able to wear Adept items. This gear will give you more skill per skill once wearing it. You could actually level to 95 first before judging stuff you have not even seen.
